What a fantastic day at British Armed Forces Day, we thoroughly enjoyed sharing our stand with EVO Girls Army. Nadine from EVO was so generous to let us carry out a crazy Bike challenge where we measured innocent passer-by how many watts used in 60 seconds in return for a donation. We also had a prize-full raffle, winners every 30 minutes!
META and 8th Element Physio contributed time and Winning Prizes to the top 3 men and women who completed the bike challenge. ITS ALWAYS worth taking part in our prize challenges - #GetFitForPhoenix
