Team Phoenix Foundation

Welcome to Team Phoenix and thank you for checking us out!

We are a charity run by a dedicated group of sports and medical professionals,

plus local volunteers. 

 

Our mission is to support and help women who have been through a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, to regain physical and mental wellbeing, form a lasting support structure, by following a tailor made, 5-6 month social, wellbeing and fitness programme to enable them to complete a triathlon and earn the exclusive Team Phoenix T Shirt and the coveted title - 'Firebird'.

Founded in 2016, by a group of friends, between them, they created a unique supportive pathway of fitness, fun and friendship, enabling survivors just like them to rise from the ashes and live again.

Like the sport of triathlon, the aim of Team Phoenix is also threefold

To harness the MIND, BODY and SOUL

and regenerate the inner trinity allowing survivors to fly again
